GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper, or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing. 2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape. 3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.

STEP 1. Mark off the width and height of the narcissus. With smooth lines, draw guidelines for the stems and leaves. Add a semicircle for a flower.
img
STEP 2. Draw an oval for a cup and stems. Define the second flower.
img
STEP 3. Outline the shape of the cup. Add tree front petals. Also, draw a petal of the second narcissus, placing it between the upper and the lower.
img
STEP 4. Delineate the rest of the petals.
img
STEP 5. Draw the shape of the leaves (one of which is a spathe) and the stems.
img
STEP 6. Add one more leaf. Detail the cup of narcissus by adding curves. Define the lower leaf.
img
STEP 7. Work on the narcissus, paying attention to the petals and their shapes. Add more details.

STEP 8. Contour, trying to vary the thickness and blackness of the line. Detail the picture, indicating the flower features. Erase all guidelines.
